Shadow Fire is one of several Shadow moves available only in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Like other Shadow Moves, it is forgotten and replaced with another move once the Pokémon is purified. Template:Project MoveDex autoarticle notice
Effect
Shadow Fire is the Shadow version of Flamethrower (albeit somewhat weaker), and has a small chance of inflicting a burn on the target.
As Shadow Pokémon cannot be traded, and since Pokémon Contests do not exist in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, Shadow Fire cannot be used in Contests.
