(Japanese: ミツオダ・リカコ Rikako Mitsuoda) is a is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the episode Rough Tough Jigglypuff!. She is the wife of Mitch Mitchum and the mother of Lisa Mitchum. She is a minor character who only appears at the end of the episode and in a photo when Mitch tells Ash and his friends about his family. She was not given a name in the dub.
