Rikako

(Japanese: ミツオダ・リカコ Rikako Mitsuoda) is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the episode Rough, Tough Jigglypuff. She is the wife of Mitch Mitchum and the mother of Lisa Mitchum. She is a minor character who only appears at the end of the episode and in a photo when Mitch tells Ash and his friends about his family. She was not given a name in the dub.
Not enough was shown of her to know very deep aspects of her personality, other than she loves her husband and missed him while he was away. She also loved her daughter enough to let her husband go away for so long.
