The Johto Safari Zone is an area programmed into the game which the programmers tried to remove from the rest of the in game world by having the entrances deleted. It was erased after the Glitch City glitch was found.

Area

Even though the entrances were removed, the warps are still there so it is possible to enter the area. However, players should not save without flying or teleporting pokemon because the exits were fully removed. The area is not very big, with a few tiles of long grass, a small pond, and a few other features. However, there are no wild pokemon.
