Nett

Nett (Japanese: スレッド Sureddo) from The Under is the genius of Kids Grid. His home and place of operation has a large, rotating antenna dish on top. Nett is Megg's older brother.

His name is based on "network", as he runs the Kids Grid computer network. His Japanese name may be read as "Thread", and is the name of a string of messages on one topic in an online message forum.

Wes first meets Nett when asked by Perr to deliver a powerup part to him. The part is necessary to get the Kids Grid back up and running again.

Nett's job becomes to decipher a data ROM containing a list of Shadow Pokémon that have been made, and to keep Wes updated on his findings via P*DA. Nett also relays sightings of Shadow Pokémon from people visiting from Pyrite Town.

When Wes travels to the Deep Colosseum, it's up to Nett to keep him informed about the Deep King and his Pokémon, including the Deep King's Shadow Shuckle. He informs Wes when the Deep king enters the knockout tournament, and implores the trainer to enter and show up the king.

In Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness Nett and the Kids Grid own and run a succesful TV station, ONBS.
