Mitch (Japanese: ヤマグチ Yamaguchi) is the Club Master of the Fighting Club (Japanese: バトルクラブ Battle Club). He plays using the First-Strike Deck (Japanese: せんせいこうげきデッキ Preemptive Hit Deck) and gives away the Fighting Medal to challengers who defeat him. In Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!, he uses the ドトウのてっけんデッキ Iron Fist of the Billows Deck.

At the start of the game, Mitch was kidnapped by Team Great Rocket and later imprisoned in the GR Fighting Fort.
When the player defeats Gōda and frees him at the Fighting Fort, he will award the player with a Cool Porygon.
