(Japanese: メープル Maple) is a character of the day who appeared in XY034. She is a Trainer who has an understanding of Mega Evolution. She lives in the Must Mountains.
Korrina was sent to Maple by her grandfather Gurkinn, who had trained under Maple when he was younger. Gurkinn hoped Maple would teach Korrina to understand Mega Evolution better after her Lucario had gone berserk twice after Mega Evolving. As such, Maple battled Korrina's Lucario with her Mawile. They both Mega Evolved and Mega Mawile came out the victor. Later she helped Korrina and Lucario bond by collecting flowers. When her Mawile was stolen by Team Rocket, it was rescued by Mega Lucario when it successfly controlled itself. Afterwards she Mega Evolved her Mawile into Mega Mawile and defeated Team Rocket along with Korrina's Mega Lucario when it learned Aura Sphere.

| Mawile is Maple's only known Pokémon. It first appeared welcoming Ash and his friends when they arrived at Maple's home. It later Mega Evolved and battled against Korrina's Lucario. Due to Mega Lucario not listening and raging out of control Mega Mawile was easily able to win.
Later Mawile was kidnapped by Team Rocket along with Pikachu. After Korrina's Mega Lucario managed to control itself, it was freed by Lucario. It then Mega Evolved and blasted Team Rocket off along with Mega Lucario and Pikachu. Mawile's known moves are Iron Head and Fairy Wind. | ||
