Keen Eye (Japanese: するどいめ Keen Eye) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Twenty-nine Pokémon can have this Ability.
Effect
In battle
Keen Eye prevents loss of accuracy.
In Generation VI, Keen Eye also ignores any boosts to the opponent's evasion.
Outside of battle
From Pokémon Emerald onwards, if a Pokémon with Keen Eye is leading the party, then Keen Eye decreases the chance of encountering a lower-level wild Pokémon by 50%. It shares this effect with Intimidate.
