Janet
Janet (Japanese: メグミ Megumi) is a character of the day who appeared in All Things Bright and Beautifly!.
Janet is a Pokémon Coordinator who entered the Rustboro City Contest alongside her friend and rival, Chaz. She passed the appeals round with a perfect score of 30 points and made it to the final round. In the end, she and her Beautifly defeated Chaz and his Venomoth, granting her one more Ribbon.
Janet is the person who inspired May to become a Pokémon Coordinator and to catch her very own Beautifly. In the episode, she let May and Max assists her during the Contest.
Janet was mentioned by May in Hi Ho Silver Wind!, who noted that they stayed in touch while traveling.

| Janet owns a Beautifly that she uses in Pokémon Contests. Beautifly was used in the appeals round and the battle round of the Rustboro City Contest where it proved to be an amazing Pokémon. In the battle round, it was used to battle Chaz's Venomoth where it fought vigorously. In the end, it managed to defeat Venomoth earning Janet the Ribbon.
Beautifly's known moves are Flash, String Shot, Hidden Power, Gust and Morning Sun. | ||
