Dick and Philip (Japanese: ディックとフィリップ Dick and Philip) are nuclear power plants workers and are two characters of the day who appeared in Sparks Fly for Magnemite of the anime.
Dick and Philip bump into Ash and his friends when they were running away from a group of Grimer and their leader. They head into the control room to avoid the Grimer. When the Magnemite and Magneton were attacking the Grimer and Muk, they mention that Magnemite can evolve into Magneton. With all of the Grimer defeated, Muk gets weakened by Pikachu and the Magnemite Ash encountered earlier. Ash catches the Muk. After the Grimer fled, the power goes back on.
