Cleavon Schpielbunk (Japanese: ヒート南野 Heat Minamino) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime who appeared in Lights, Camera, Quacktion. His Japanese voice actor is 林家こぶ平 Kobuhei Hayashiya and his English voice actor is Jimmy Zoppi .
