BW Basic Blue deck

BW Basic Blue (Black & White - Basic Blue) is a Theme Deck from the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. It predominantly focuses on Water-type Pokémon. It is one of the exclusive decks available to players without the need for a code from a tangible TCG set and is playable in all game modes.
