A battle item is, as its name implies, an item given to a Pokémon during battle to enhance its performance. These battle items, however, wear off after a battle or when the Pokémon is switched out.

Types of battle items

Bag X Attack Sprite.png X Attack

  • Description: Temporarily raises Attack
  • Location: Department Stores

  • Effect: Increases Attack by 1 stage, like Howl

Bag X Defend Sprite.png X Defend

  • Description: Temporarily raises Defense
  • Location: Department Stores
  • Price: $550
  • Sell Price: $275
  • Effect: Increases Defense by 1 stage, like Defense Curl
