An Aqua Admin is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. Aqua Admins can come in either gender.

The title has only specifically refers to two characters: Matt and Shelly. They are the subleaders of Team Aqua under Archie.

They tend to specialize in Water-type Pokémon.

In the Pokémon Special manga, Shizuku is also another Aqua Admin, and the three of them make up the SSS trio.
