Torkoal (Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky)

Torkoal is a non-player character in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2. He is first met when the player and partner clear Waterfall Cave for the first time. They wash up at the Hot Spring and meet Torkoal, the town elder, who is relaxing there. Later in the game, he comes to the Wigglytuff Guild and examines the partner's Relic Fragment. After that, he can only be found in the Hot Spring. He is the town elder and the wisest of all Pokémon there.
