Staggering (Japanese: 攻撃時ひるみ付与 Grant Flinch Chance When Attacking) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

The Pokémon has a chance of flinching the target when an attack move against the target is successful. The higher the skill rank, the greater the chance of flinching.
