(Japanese: Flint) is a member of Team Rocket, who made his debut appearance in BW010. He was first mentioned in BW009 as sent by Giovanni to help Jessie, James and Meowth in a mission.

He helps the trio escape the police in BW010 and then later gives them a briefcase.
