Rocket Scout

The Rocket Scout (Japanese: 勧誘のばあさん Solicitor) is a character of the day in Dues and Don'ts. She is voiced by 鈴木れい子 Reiko Suzuki in Japanese and Kayzie Rogers in English.
Relationships with other members
Re-recruits Jessie, James, and Meowth back into the Team when they find out their membership has lapsed.
Pokémon
She uses a Delibird, but it seems to belong more to the Team than to her, as it follows Jessie, James and Meowth to collect the money they owe.
