A Ruin Maniac (Japanese: いせきマニア Ruin Maniac) is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are often depicted as stereotypical explorers, in Generation III as old men in safari outfits and pith helmets, and in Generation IV in a fedora and jacket, similar to Indiana Jones.
