Tar Shot (Japanese: タールショット Tar Shot) is a non-damaging Rock-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature move of Coalossal.
Effect
Tar Shot lowers the target’s Speed stat by one stage. In addition, it doubles the effectiveness of Fire-type moves used on the target.
