The Trainer Tower is similar to the Battle Tower and was initially found in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen north of Seven Island in the Sevii Islands. It has various modes of battling, offering different rewards if rthey are beaten. Rewards are time-based: the lower the time taken, the better the prizes.
It is also found in Pokémon Emerald, right atop Mauville with different modes, though here it is known as Trainer Hill. It has sliding mazes and utilizes the multi-trainer double battle feature introduced in Emerald as well.
Fans remember the tower due to the presence of a shiny Espeon in the Sevii incarnation.
