The Trainer Tower is similar to the Battle Tower and was initially found in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen north of Seven Island in the Sevii Islands. It has various modes of battling, offering different rewards if you beat them Rewards are time-based, the lower the time taken, the better the prizes.
Later appearance: Pokémon Emerald
It is also found in Pokémon Emerald, right atop Mauville with different modes. It has sliding mazes and utilizes the multi-trainer double battle feature in Emerald.
