YOSHIROTTEN


Yoshi Nishi (born 1983[1][2]), also known as YOSHIROTTEN (Japanese: ヨシロットン) is a Tokyo-based graphic artist and art director who has contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. The first cards he illustrated were the Futuristic rare cards and Futuristic rare-style Basic Energy cards introduced in the 30th Celebration special expansion.
YOSHIROTTEN's artworks are futuristic and abstract, presenting a science fiction theme based on fundamental concepts such as color, the Earth, the Sun, and so on. Selected exhibitions include "FUTURE NATURE" (2018), "SUN" (2023), "Radial Graphics Bio" (2024), and "FUTURE NATURE II" (2024).[1] He runs his own creative studio YAR, funded in 2015. He collaborated with companies such as Hermès, McLaren and NIKE.
