Walkthrough:Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon/Chapter 9

Introduction

The next morning, you awake still sleepy from being lectured last night. Coming out of the house, you hear angry shouts coming from your partner's house, where the partner is being made to clean the house by Carracosta as a punishment. You find a note outside saying the partner cannot go on an expedition with you today, and you decide to see if anyone else is willing to explore a dungeon with you. Meeting up with the rest of the class, you find out that they all decided to come clean instead of sneaking back in after yesterday night's adventures. After that, you have to pick one of your classmates (Espurr, Deerling, Goomy, Pancham, or Shelmet) to go explore a dungeon with. The rest of the day will be a "free day" - you can choose which dungeon to explore and which expedition(s) to complete. Regardless of which of your classmates you chose, you will be connected to all of them after the day's expedition, and also receive a item as a reward. When you get back to your house, the partner is finally done with cleaning, and promises to join you for expeditions tomorrow. You run into Nuzleaf, who says he likes adventuring as well, and would like to check out Revelation Mountain. The partner is surprised because that mountain is a sacred spot for the villagers, but Nuzleaf being new to these parts doesn't know exactly why it is off-limits and thus feels curious about it. He tells you to always keep a sense of curiosity and adventure, and you play with your partner till sunset.

The next days

The next day, as you and the partner arrive in the village plaza, you see Pelipper flying off. The villagers let you know that there have been increasing reports of Pokémon turning to stone, but in faraway places such as Lively Town, since your village is pretty isolated. The partner wants to see more of the world someday, but since they're just a kid, they'll have to wait till they grow up. The rest of the day is again free for you to select your own expedition.

After returning, you run into Carracosta, who asks the partner to help them make dinner. When the partner asks Carracosta about Revelation Mountain, he admits that he doesn't know why it is taboo to go there or what lies on top of it, as the villagers all inherited a tradition of guarding it from previous generations. Carracosta remind the partner to not go there, and then invites you to dinner too.

The next morning, you and the partner run into Nuzleaf in the village plaza, who tells you his plan to go check out Revelation Mountain. He reminds you that you still have no memories of your time as a human, and wants to start investigating on his own. He asks you to tag along.

Revelation Mountain

At the base of the mountain, today is Hippopotas's day for guard duty. Nuzleaf however tricks it by telling it that it was Nuzleaf's turn instead, and Hippopotas leaves. The three of you then enter Revelation Mountain.

After the seventh floor, you come to a clearing, where the sherrif Magnezone is guarding the path to the top of the mountain, along with strong Pokémon like Poliwhirl and Beedrill. As you cannot get past them, you return to the village, and Nuzleaf goes to Hippopotas to set the record straight about the guard duty mix-up, and you and the partner return home.

End

That night, in your house, you think about your next steps. While you thought you could find out what happened to you if you just hung out here, you're not sure now. There's still the issue of the Beheeyem, and you think you'd be putting the village at risk by staying here. You make the hard decision to move on from the village, leaving everyone, even the partner, behind.
