The fourth and final floor

We are now ready to return to Tinkmaster and unveil the third floor of this huge building. This will allow us to begin work on the fourth and final floor and to complete this request. As this floor is where the director of the building worked, Tinkmaster wants a high-class Pokémon to help with the design. Tinkmaster agrees that Peakychu sounds like a good fit for the role, so fly to Bleak Beach and pick her up. Don't worry about Chef Dente, she will find her own way back home.

We hope Conkeldurr has been hard at work, because for the next floor we'll need 40 concrete, 15 glass, 10 paper, 10 brick, and 20 lumber. We'll also need a massive 13 Pokémon as well as Tinkmaster and Peakychu to work on the director's office. Paper is the only material here that we haven't used so far. To make this you will need the wastepaper that you've collected from garbage blocks. Give them to a Pokémon with the Recycle skill like Metang or Trubbish and they will convert them into paper.

When you're ready you can get the party started, by placing the materials in the building kit and gathering the required Pokémon. You might need several trips over to the Pokémon Center's island as only five Pokémon will follow you at once. Hopefully, many of the Pokémon who worked on the last part of the build have stuck around and can be easily recruited.

Chasing Waterfall

We have another hour to kill, so it's the perfect opportunity to complete the final side mission of this area. This one is not only less complicated than the ones we've done so far, but it will even give you a new skill. There is an island to the north west of the map with nothing connecting it to the other areas. You can see it from the huge building's island, as it has a big slide on top of it. We are aiming for an area on the lower part of this island, near the bottom of the huge waterfall that runs from the top to the bottom. Here you will find a Gyarados talking about how sleepy they are.

After you have registered them in the Pokédex, they will start to complain about how hungry they are. Specifically, they want a bread bowl, which you can find behind a breakable wall in a secret room just above where Gyarados is hanging out. Return to Gyarados and give them a bread bowl. They will then be ready to teach you Waterfall. In order to use the new ability press A in front of a waterfall while using surf to ride up to the top. Use your new skill on the nearby Waterfall to be able to leave the area quickly and easily.

The final reveal

After an hour has passed you'll be ready to unveil the fully renovated huge building. Tinkmaster is thrilled with how the project turned out. You will then hear a strange noise, and Professor Tangrowth will tell you to go to the roof of the huge building to check out what's going on. You can take the elevator inside to the fourth floor or you can climb the fire escape all the way up.

In the rooftop garden you will see a floating dark orb. Talk to it and Mewtwo will come out of the portal. They say that they were worried that humans had returned, but were pleased to see that it was Pokémon doing the building work. Mewtwo isn't really interested in hanging out with you, and it isn't that long before they disappear back to where they came from. Return to Tinkmaster and Professor Tangrowth, and with that the important request Rebuild the Huge Building! will be complete.
