Working on the second floor
Put the necessary resources in the building kit and register the gathered Pokémon needed to start work. Tinkmaster has the Engineer ability, which means that she builds things much faster than other Pokémon. The second floor renovation will take around one hour, but there is plenty that we can explore in this time. Our first stop is for the Gardevoir side quest, which will have us explore a new area with lots of resources.
To start this side quest we need to first glide over to the island at the east of the map. You can start flying east from either the island with the huge building on it, or go north from the top of Tinkmaster's tower. If you are going directly from the huge building it's worth crafting two lift platforms now. Place one on the stone platform on the east side of this island, and after you glide across to the new area you can place one on the stone platform there connecting the two. This will allow other Pokémon to move between the islands as well.
Gardevoir's quest
When you land on the new island you should be able to see a Gardevoir talking to themself. Talk to them and they will discuss how they can sense a mysterious aura and ask you to follow them. They also let you know that you can help yourself to any of the human things in the area. This island is full of office supplies which are necessary for a number of habitats, including the Metang habitat we mentioned earlier so it is well worth digging in while you have the time.
When you've collected everything you want to, follow Gardevoir into the room they're standing in. They will tell you that the aura they're sensing is below you, but they want to go together to check it out. Jump down into the hole and Gardevoir will follow you. Part of the area is flooded, so you need to block off the water before they can follow you further into the area. Place a few blocks near the water's source, and it should be enough for Gardevoir to pass through.
They will then lead you to a cave full of Pokémetal fragments. Speak to them again to complete their request. This is a great opportunity to mine these fragments, as there will be a lot of resources needed in the future of this area. Once you are happy with the resources you have collected, you can return to Tinkmaster to see the unveiling of the second floor.
Onto the third floor
With the second floor finished, Tinkmaster has her sights immediately set on renovating the third floor. This requires more Pokémon and even more resources. For this build you will need 25 concrete, 10 glass, 10 glowing stones, and 15 copper ingots. You will also need 8 Pokémon to work on the building aside from Tinkmaster, and one more special guest.
As the third floor originally contained the building's cafeteria, Tinkmaster wants someone skilled at cooking to help them design the area. You tell them about Chef Dente, and Tinkmaster asks you to bring them to Sparkling Skylands to help out. This means that we need to travel back to Rocky Ridges for both resources and in order to recruit the chef to the project.
