Asking for advice

This is where our preparation comes into play as the next few requests concern adding utility poles and turning on the generators. Firstly, speak to Meowth. They will tell you to light up more street lights using Electric-type Pokémon. However, as we've already hooked the city up, this request should be completed when you next talk to them. Return to Mosslax and the flowers on their head will bloom. The group will then discuss the brightening town.

Torchic also has an idea to light up the town. They want you to create a Resort Meal Prep habitat, which requires a large palm tree, a seat, a lit campfire, and plated food. You can find a campfire next to a palm tree on the beach, then all you need is to place a seat and some food on a plate nearby. Finally, ask Torchic to come over and light the campfire up. After a short while Growlithe will appear. Talk to Torchic again to complete this request.

Meeting Peakychu

Talk to Professor Tangrowth and he will talk about finding a powerful Electric-type Pokémon that can power the whole city. Suddenly, a very pale Pikachu called Peakychu will appear on an island. Go over and speak to them. Professor Tangrowth will ask her if she is strong enough to power the city, but she says no.

Peakychu will visit Mosslax. Speak to her in their mossy cave and she says that Snorlax is likely very hungry and agrees that they need to be woken up. She suggests putting lights inside their cave for them and gives you the recipe for the shell lamp. Make one, and ask Pawmi to follow you back to Mosslax's cave. Put the shell light on the wall, and Pawmi will take care of the rest.

Powering the town

Peakychu points out that we wouldn't be able to keep the town running on electricity using just Electric-type Pokémon. She instead suggests that we use the methods that humans did to generate power. Follow her to the windmill and she will suggest setting up some utility poles nearby. As we already did this earlier, she will be impressed with our work. She will then tell us to use the utility poles to power a harbor streetlight. We don't actually need to craft one to make this work, we can just pick up a nearby streetlight and put it back in place.

The next time you return to Mosslax's cave Peakychu will tell you she has an idea. Follow her to the big machine with the Poké Ball on it and she will tell you that it is a type of generator. She needs you to turn on all five lights so that there is enough energy inside to power the town. If you turned on all of the generators but not all of the lights are on, then it is likely that there is a connection missing. Follow the overhead electrical lines, and make sure that you have put all of the utility poles in place.

Raikou to the rescue

Once all five lights are on, speak to Peakychu again and she will start running the generator. This will trigger her to use illuminate lighting up the island. A storm will then suddenly begin and Raikou will land in the house on the hill blowing up Mosslax's cave. Climb up to speak to them and they are very excited that we got the electricity going all by ourselves. They then clear the clouds away.

With this done Mosslax will wake up and the main important request for the island will be complete. This will also raise our trainer rank to Ultra meaning that we can now go through more gates. However, there are a few things we need to do before we leave the area.
