Finding a home for Pawmi
We are now ready to take on Trubbish's complaint to Professor Tangrowth. They want to see the street light near the Pokémon Center turned on, which means we need electricity. Trubbish suggests recruiting an Electric-type Pokémon and they will temporarily turn on the street light.
We're given the habitat information for Pawmi who lives in a Breezy Flower Bed habitat. This is made of four patches of flowers. You can use Rototiler to move them closer together. We will need Pawmi a little later so it's good to make this habitat now.
Setting up the national grid
Hopefully you've been placing utility poles all over town, because we are getting to the part of the story where we need them. There are also five generators that can be found around town and they need to be powered on and connected. There are two windmills, two water wheels and a furnace that all need to be connected together
The windmills are both working, but need to have a string of utility poles leading away from them. One can be found up on the hill next to the lighthouse that looms over the town, and the other is on the south side of the town. To the right of the southern lighthouse is the furnace, which not only needs utility poles, but needs fuel inside it to gain power. Place items like logs and sturdy sticks inside and turn it on to start the engine.
Hydro power
The two water wheels are a little more difficult. One water wheel can be found at the foot of the lighthouse. Naturally, they both need to be hooked up to utility poles, but you also need to get the water running to them. Follow the path of the drain towards the cliffs and you'll find a leaking block that you can Rock Smash through to get the water running to this first water wheel.
The other water wheel is in the secret area in the center of the mountains. You can go up and over the hill, or you can break through the cliff behind the lighthouse. You will see some red bricks in the wall of the cliff. Rock Smash in the middle of here to create a tunnel to the secret area.
Entering the secret garden
On the other side of the cliff is an area with a water wheel and another leaking block to break to get the water flowing again. This one is a little more difficult to reach as you'll need to climb quite far up the cliff in order to break it. Of course, there are also places you need to put utility poles to connect the water wheel up to the main network. This secret area also has more tomato plants so it's a perfect opportunity to collect more tomatoes in case you're short.
You will know that you have linked everything up correctly as the large machine in the center of town with the Poké Ball symbol on it will have five lights over the top of it. While having Electric-types like Pawmi around is nice, ultimately we will need to power the town on with the utility poles, so it's worth doing the legwork now to power Trubbish's streetlight.
Meeting Mosslax
Return to Trubbish and they will be very pleased to see the streetlight working. After a short while they will take notice of a noise they believe is coming from the abandoned mansion on the hill. Get them to follow you, but don't go up the hill. Instead go to the area at the foot of the lighthouse. Here you will see a large breakable rock wall and on the other side you will see a very sleepy and very mossy Snorlax.
Trubbish then realizes that the Snorlax was the one making all of the noise. Trubbish suggests that you ask Professor Tangrowth if he knows how to wake Snorlax up, so go over and talk to him. Meowth will also eavesdrop on the conversation, and you need to lead the pair back to Snorlax. Together you discuss turning the lights in the town back on to wake up Mosslax, and this will start the important request Brighten Things Up.
