Vic (Japanese: ビック Vic) is a recurring character who first appeared in It's... Champion Time!.
Vic first appeared alongside Toria as they approached Ash, Goh, and Cynthia outside Wyndon Stadium. Vic had to hold Toria back as she was super excited at seeing all of the Pokémon. Vic along with Toria were allowed to touch the Pokémon and whilst Toria played with them, Vic got speaking to Ash, Goh, and Cynthia. When Toria spotted a Gossifleur floating nearby, she chased after it causing Vic to run after her.
Vic later approached Ash, Goh, and Cynthia after Toria went missing. They soon found Toria watching the Gossifleur and witnessed it evolving into an Eldegoss and watched as it flew away. Vic then realized the match with Leon and Diantha was underway and he hurried to Wyndon Stadium and watched the battle.
In Whittle While You Work!, Vic was shown watching Ash's battle against Cynthia.
