Welcome to Bulbapedia, Grabbergirl!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Multiple accounts

Per Bulbapedia's blocking policy, users are not allowed to have more than one account. Continued creation of additional accounts will not be tolerated, and will result in both the additional account and this account being blocked as has been done to the Grabbergirl101 and Grabbergirl11 accounts. - Kogoro - Talk to me - 03:19, 26 March 2012 (UTC)

I just wanted to inform you that in terms of Pokémon appearances in episodes, posters and sculptures, etc. do not count as appearances. Photographs, and actual physical appearances count, because photographs are captured images of live Pokémon, while posters and sculptures are considered art made in the image of a Pokémon. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 01:15, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

Useless information

Please don't add useless and/or pointless information to articles. Cilan has been seen crying a number of times prior to this episode, but nonetheless, it serves as no importance or value of any kind. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 19:07, 7 June 2012 (UTC)

Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than three edits per day and make sure you contribute to our mainspace more than your userspace. This policy was instated to promote people helping out in the mainspace, and also to control strain on our server. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. The more often you edit in the mainspace, the more you will be allowed to edit your userpage. Thanks! --PattyMan 16:23, 9 June 2012 (UTC)

Hey, just a reminder here to limit yourself to three userspace edits per day please. Thanks. Werdnae (talk) 21:43, 14 June 2012 (UTC)

Opinions and fan-bias

Kenji-girl and I have been giving you informal warnings in editing summaries, and you've been ignoring them, so I'm here to give you an official warning. Please avoid adding on your opinions onto articles, or altering information based on fan-bias. What that means is, don't twist information because you like a particular character more than another. Bulbapedia is meant to be a neutral environment to supply fans with quality, factual information. Likewise, when a staff member tells you to stop adding or changing something, whether it be formally or informally, do not simply add it back to the page. You are welcome to bring it up with them and discuss it, but do not simply add it back on when you were blatantly told to stop.

Also, please use the preview button more often, and also lay off your userpage for a while. You're meant to edit your page after you've made good quality edits, but most if not all of your edits have been reverted thus far. So please focus on making the quality of your edits better from now on. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 16:33, 9 June 2012 (UTC)

Removing talk page comments

You are prohibited from removing comments from your talk page. This includes messages left for you by staff or other members, as well as the welcome template. Do not remove them again. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 22:28, 12 June 2012 (UTC)

Final userspace warning

Do not edit the User: namespace any more. If you edit your page any more without making some edits to the mainspace, then the privilege for you to edit the userspace will be removed. This has been your final warning. --Masatoshitalk 21:04, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

Will I be blocked? I have an excuse I'm obsessed with my userpage. I will get my revenge. Grabbergirl ♥ ★ (talk) 21:11, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
You won't be blocked unless you keep failing to listen, if you do it once more, you'll be unable to edit your userpage for a good while until you contribute more to the wiki itself and not just the userpage. Masatoshitalk 21:14, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
Help me!!! I'm obsessed with it. I'm a new user and obsessed help me get over me obsession. please!! - unsigned comment from Grabbergirl (talkcontribs)
The only thing we can do is revoking your privileges, there's nothing else we can do unless you help yourself. Try to calm your userpage editing impulses down and focus in something else instead. Masatoshitalk 21:37, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
I guess 1-2 ships a day or predictions - unsigned comment from Grabbergirl (talkcontribs)

Due to your refusal to heed the warnings about overusing the userspace, your privileges to use it have been revoked. Please contribute to the wiki and make edits to mainspace articles. If you do, we will reevaluate the position. -- MAGNEDETH 00:01, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

I'm not over using my userspace!!! I'm making one edit a day. Then I leave the leave the wiki. the thing is that I spend time on one edit. Ok and that is that!! Grabbergirl ♥ ★ 16:06, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

I'm not sure what your plans are for making your shipping articles, but I am going to tell you the ones you're making pages for are wrong.

  • Chili/Pansear is called Kikazarushipping
  • Flameshipping is Growlithe/Houndour
  • Cilan/Pansage is called Iwazarushipping
  • TeaLeafshipping is Aaron/Thorton
  • Cilan/Emmet/Ingo is called Diningcarshipping
  • Subwayshipping is Emmet/Ingo/Hilbert/Hilda

I'm not sure what you think Waterlily, Fireflower, or Gluttony are, but you may want to double-check your names and couples here before you get too excited. And no, that is not permission to violate your userspace warnings and change them immediately. You've edited that enough as is for today and it can wait until tomorrow. Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 22:19, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

Next time, just reply here; talk page etiquette requires it. Okay, I don't know what you mean by "how do I rename" (asking to rename the 'ships or the pages, because the former is impossible and the latter is pretty easy), but I can tell you Cilan/Chili is Shizarushipping, Cilan/Cress is Marsileashipping, and Waterlilyshipping is Ludicolo/Meganium. Also, a thing of advice. I wouldn't make too many 'shipping pages that you don't plan to ask to make into actual articles (Kenji's page isn't just her own 'shipping page; it's shippingspace material) and you're better off keeping most of them on your own shipping page. As for "making ships", that's cool. Just make sure the ones you're making aren't already named; that's shipping etiquette. Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 14:04, 16 June 2012 (UTC)
Shippings are new to me but Gluttonyshipping is Chili's Pansear and Cilan's Pansage (their close bond looks shippy). - unsigned comment from Grabbergirl (talkcontribs)
Do not reply on my talk page; reply here or not at all. Splitting a conversation is not allowed on Bulbapedia and editing your talk page to respond is NOT a violation of your userpage edits, which means you are allowed to respond here. Pansage/Pansear is called Steepshipping, and Gluttonyshipping is taken by something else. 'Shippings might be new to you, but that's why we have a list of all known 'ships (linked above). Again, I simply ask you to check before inventing any more. Do you want me to move your ship pages (Subway and Flame) to their right names? (Again, respond on THIS page, not mine.) Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 17:23, 16 June 2012 (UTC)
Sorry I'm used to wikias so I'm new to pedias and wikias reply on the other user's talk page. I will add Steepshipping on Monday. And yes please do move "Subway" and "Flame" shipping to their proper names (on my updated shipping list). I will edit the Chili/Pansear ship tomorrow. - unsigned comment from Grabbergirl (talkcontribs)
All moved. And I'm sorry if I came off as a little short with you. My apologies. Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 18:06, 16 June 2012 (UTC)
It's ok Grabbergirl ♥ ★ (talk) 18:17, 16 June 2012 (UTC)
I'm gonna invent Appletreeshipping (I checked) it will a shipping between Cilan's Pansage and Chili's Pansear. - unsigned comment from Grabbergirl (talkcontribs)

Signing & Removing Comments

Please note that per the signature policy and talk page policy, users are not allowed to re-sing a message after {{unsigned}} has been applied, nor are users allowed to remove talk page comments from any talk page unless specific circumstances are met. I highly suggest you take some time to read and understand Bulbapedia's policies. Further violations of policy may result in your account being temporarily blocked. - Kogoro - Talk to me - 03:11, 21 June 2012 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Thanks! --- poikins 22:21, 22 November 2013 (UTC)

  • I know but thanks Grabbergirl ♥ ★ 22:25, 22 November 2013 (UTC)

A reminder

Hi. Please remind to use to the preview button. You edited the "List of clothing in the anime" page four times, all edits which could have easily been done in one edit. Instead of editing section by section, you can use the "edit this page" button on top of a page to add everything you want in one edit. Thanks and happy editing! ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 21:35, 17 April 2014 (UTC)
