Effect
When the user successfully activates Unova Circle (Special) on the allied field of play, it has a chance of raising the user and its allies' Sp. Atk by two stat ranks. The skill can range from User Sets Unova C (Spec): Team Sp. Atk ↑2 1 to User Sets Unova C (Spec): Team Sp. Atk ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. User Sets Unova C (Spec): Team Sp. Atk ↑2 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Sp. Atk by two stat ranks. Currently, only User Sets Unova C (Spec): Team Sp. Atk ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
