Bulbapedia bulb.png This is a sandbox area to work on decklists in Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!. Anyone helping with the project is welcome to make edits here. Feel free to discuss anything being done here on the talk page for this sandbox.
415Combee.png Please feel free to edit this page.
Major changes to this page should be discussed on the talk page.

The following are all decklists that appear in the game Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!. This will also serve as a listing of all the decks in the game that I am currently working on, and I'll try to produce details on how certain decks become visible in the game (either via playing or by opponents). There will also be data here that would not make it to the actual pages, such as what other fan translations give as deck names (for identifying them if necessary from the same opponents in those versions), ROM data maps for decks, or hex data specifics noting prints of cards in the decks (there are 445 unique cards in the game including alternate prints such as the ANA Flying Pikachu and the Natte Wake Mankey, with the originals also included, so specifics are necessary).

If you are not a member of staff, please do NOT create the pages for these decklists. There is work to be done on the listings and what's posted before this data is used. This is just a repository of data for the time being so I don't lose everything on my own computer. I will, however, try to post it with some resemblance of order by where it's accessed in the game as such things may be able to help prose writing, as well, and as such will provide as many details as I can here, some of which might not necessarily be on the regular page. Following userspace policy, I will also try to limit my updates here, but given how complex the data collection is proving to be, I may make more edits here at a time than is desired to make sure certain data is recorded historically just in case it later goes missing. My edit histories will note certain things to help me find historical notes and correct previous errors.

CURRENT STATUS: Currently working on Club decks on the main island. I may mess up a decklist and put a wrong number (resulting in a deck of 59 or 61 cards, for instance), or put a wrong rarity, or something, so feel free to check my work and get me to redo something if I do it wrong, or fix it if you know what's needed. As for the listings I add below, I will transition them to the necessary pages as appropriate in the meantime. All efforts are being made to correctly note where certain characters become available to battle and the condition that must be met in the game to access it; however, this information may still have inaccuracies.

All autodeck listings are completed. I have cross-referenced the existing decks on the site and the results are on these pages:

Trainer Decks

The decks below are held by NPC opponents. All can be constructed if a player has the necessary cards, but many cannot be automatically generated in the autodeck machines. Those that can be will be noted as I come to them or later realize it.

The Grass Club is one of the eight clubs in the game. If the player character is the boy, GR2 appears to battle here.

The following are all decks belonging to members of the Grass Club. Club member Brittany has two decks, and is initially the only club member who can be battled; the other club members will eventually battle after events in the game, and Brittany also obtains her regular deck later on as well.

Poison Bee Deck (Japanese: のこされたみどりのデッキ) is played by Brittany, a member of the Fighting Club. It focuses exclusively on Grass type Pokémon.

This is a required matchup to progress the storyline. Brittany can first be found at the dueling table in the communications room of the Grass Club. Defeating Brittany gets the player information about her superior, Nikki, who is hiding out at Mr. Ishihara's House and will only appear there at this point in the story. This battle therefore must be played at least once to progress the game.

Defeating Brittany while she plays this deck gets the player two Beginning Pokémon booster packs with each victory. Additionally, Heather and Kristin both appear here but cannot be battled; they will give a Legendary Power pack and an Island of Fossil pack respectively.

Sky Spark Deck

Sky Spark Deck (Japanese: スカイスパークデッキ) is played by Isaac, the Club Master of the Lightning Club. It focuses mainly on Lightning type Pokémon. The first time Isaac plays against this deck is forced by the storyline, and occurs after defeating Nicholas while GR4 is running the Club.

This deck is unique for this part of the game in that it contains Dark Pokémon. It can be assumed that these cards were provided to Isaac by GR4 when the Club was taken over. Later in the game, Isaac's main deck does not feature any Dark cards, using the GB-exclusive Electrode in favour of the Dark Electrode in this deck.

After the initial victory over Isaac, the player receives the Pikachu Coin and GR4 leaves the Club. After this, Isaac can be rematched; defeating Isaac from this point onwards (as long as he plays with this deck) will get the player two Beginning Pokémon booster packs.

The Psychic Club is one of the eight clubs in the game. When the game begins, players are not able to advance into the top room, and it remains this way until GR4 goes here from the Lightning Club, at which point GR4 forces players to battle club members here before finally battling the player personally.

The following are all decks belonging to members of the Psychic Club.

Psychokinesis Deck (Japanese: サイコキネシスデッキ) is played by Stephanie, a member of the Psychic Club. It focuses mainly on Psychic type Pokémon.
