Release information
This card was included in the Jungle expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, first released in the Japanese Pokémon Jungle expansion as only a Holofoil card. The Holofoil print of this card was later reprinted in the Base Set 2 expansion. The Non Holofoil print of this card was later reprinted in the Legendary Collection expansion.

Early prints of the Unlimited Holofoil version were printed without the Jungle set symbol. This error was corrected later in the print run.
Origin
Thick Skinned's Japanese name is that of Immunity, an Ability introduced in the Generation III Pokémon games that Snorlax can have. Body Slam is a move in the Pokémon games that Snorlax can learn. This card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
