Effect
The user and its allies' moves are powered up by 10% per rank of this skill if Unova Circle (Defensive) is active on the allied field of play. Currently, only Unova C (Defensive): Team Moves ↑ 2 is available on scoutable sync pairs. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
