Typhlosion (Japanese: バクフーン Bakphoon) is a Fire-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It is part of the Neo Genesis expansion.

When you play Typhlosion from your hand, you may flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for up to 4 Fire Energy cards and attach them to Typhlosion. Shuffle your deck afterward.

This card was included in the Neo Genesis expansion. In Japan, it was one of nine Unnumbered Promotional cards available in the Premium File, released on December 10, 1999.


  • The damage for the Flame Wheel attack is printed off-center on the English print.
  • The Japanese print features the Gold, Silver, to a New World... symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the expansion.
