Transistor (Japanese: トランジスタ Transistor) is an Ability introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature Ability of Regieleki.

In battle

Generation VIII

If an Electric-type move is used by a Pokémon with this Ability, its Attack or Special Attack stat is multiplied by 1.5 during damage calculation, effectively increasing damage dealt by 50%.

Generation IX

The attacking stat multiplier has now been reduced to ~1.3 (5325/4096). None of the variations of the ability received this reduction.

Outside of battle

Transistor has no effect outside of battle.
