Usage

Parameters:

1. : ndex number of Pokémon
2. : Name of Pokémon
3. : Number of types
4. : Type 1
5. : Type 2 IMPORTANT: Put type 1 here as well if the Pokémon only has one type.
6. : Whether learned by machine in Red and Blue. "yes" or "no".
7. : Whether learned by machine in Gold and Silver. "yes" or "no".
8. : Whether learned by machine in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. "yes" or "no".
9. : Whether learned by machine in Diamond and Pearl. "yes" or "no".
10. : Whether learned by machine in Black and White. "yes" or "no".
11. : formatting for Pokémon name. e.g. ''' for STAB
12. : Forme. Only include different for different formes.
13. : Extra optional additions.

Y : Whether learned by machine in Yellow. Only include if different from RB. "yes" or "no".

C : Whether learned by machine in Crystal. Only include if different from Gold and Silver. "yes" or "no".

FRLG : Whether learned by machine in FRLG. Only include if different from Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. "yes" or "no".

PtHGSS : Whether learned by Machine in Pt, HG and SS. Only include if different from DP. "yes" or "no".

HGSS : Whether learned by machine in HG and SS. Only include if different from DPPt. "yes" or "no".

For some reason I cannot get the template to show that Kabuto learns Razor Wind via TM in Yellow, but not RGB. I enter this:

And get

Bold indicates a Pokémon gains STAB from this move. Italics indicates a Pokémon whose Evolution or alternate form receives STAB from this move. A dash (−) indicates a Pokémon cannot learn the move by the designated method. An empty cell indicates a Pokémon that is unavailable in that game/generation.

Yeah, sorry about that. With all the parameters and switches, I made quite a few typos with the number of braces. I fixed quite a few, but missed a lot too. If you find more like that, it's almost certainly a problem with the number of braces. - unsigned comment from Werdnae (talk • contribs)
