This template is to be used for Pokémon evolutionary families that have 1 evolution step, into 3 possible results.

Template fields

Fields relating to the page the template is called on (page Pokémon)

type1 - The page Pokémon's primary type. This will be used to color the box background.
type2 - The page Pokémon's secondary type, if it has one. This will be used to color the box border (If type2 is not provided, then type1 will determine the border color).
nocat (optional) - Set to 1 to negate category creation. Leave blank otherwise.

Fields relating to the Pokémon at the lowest stage (far left) of the evolution tree (Pokémon 1):

art1 (optional) - The file name of Pokémon 1's artwork. If not provided, the template will attempt to construct the filename from the no1 and name1 fields.
no1 - Pokémon 1's 4-digit national Pokédex number. Include leading zeroes if the number is below 1000.
name1 - Pokémon 1's name. Don't include form information here.
form1 - Pokémon 1's form name, if it has one.
type1-1 - Pokémon 1's primary type.
type2-1 - Pokémon 1's secondary type, if it has one.
breed - The breeding method to get Pokémon 1 as an egg. This field is usually not necessary, unless Pokémon 1 is a Baby Pokémon.

Fields relating to the first Pokémon listed at the "First Evolution" tier (Pokémon 2a):

evo2a - The method by which Pokémon 1 evolves into Pokémon 2a.
art2a (optional) - The file name of Pokémon 2a's artwork. If not provided, the template will attempt to construct the filename from the no2a and name2a fields.
no2a - Pokémon 2a's 4-digit national Pokédex number. Include leading zeroes if the number is below 1000.
name2a - Pokémon 2a's name. Don't include form information here.
form2a - Pokémon 2a's form name, if it has one.
type1-2a - Pokémon 2a's primary type.
type2-2a - Pokémon 2a's secondary type, if it has one.

Fields relating to the second Pokémon listed at the "First Evolution" tier (Pokémon 2b):

evo2b - The method by which Pokémon 1 evolves into Pokémon 2b.
art2b (optional) - The file name of Pokémon 2b's artwork. If not provided, the template will attempt to construct the filename from the no2b and name2b fields.
no2b - Pokémon 2b's 4-digit national Pokédex number. Include leading zeroes if the number is below 1000.
name2b - Pokémon 2b's name. Don't include form information here.
form2b - Pokémon 2b's form name, if it has one.
type1-2b - Pokémon 2b's primary type.
type2-2b - Pokémon 2b's secondary type, if it has one.

Fields relating to the third Pokémon listed at the "First Evolution" tier (Pokémon 2c):

evo2c - The method by which Pokémon 1 evolves into Pokémon 2c.
art2c (optional) - The file name of Pokémon 2c's artwork. If not provided, the template will attempt to construct the filename from the no2c and name2c fields.
no2c - Pokémon 2c's 4-digit national Pokédex number. Include leading zeroes if the number is below 1000.
name2c - Pokémon 2c's name. Don't include form information here.
form2c - Pokémon 2c's form name, if it has one.
type1-2c - Pokémon 2c's primary type.
type2-2c - Pokémon 2c's secondary type, if it has one.

Note that all fields except for type1, type2, nocat, and evo1/2a/2b/2c will be passed to Template:Evobox/Setup.
