Pangoro's Hammer Arm

Bringing this up again. How is Pangoro's Hammer Arm working on Jesse's Pumpkaboo a mistake if Pangoro can have the Scrappy Ability? Scrappy allows the Pokémon with the Ability to hit Ghost-types with Normal and Fighting-type moves. It didn't show any characteristics of it having either Iron Fist or Mold Breaker, so how come people are not acknowledging Scrappy? --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 17:48, 22 February 2015 (UTC)
