Rock Tomb and Sandstorm
I just wanna make my case, I think its obvious that Boldore's move was Rock Tomb given the intended effect and the drastic difference to how other Rock moves have been shown in the Sun and Moon anime.
Sandygast was clearly using Sandstorm- you can't argue to sand was being blown around artificially because that would make Sandygast being their pointless. It would be completely asinine to argue otherwise.

- You should know already, if the move is not on Force Fire's userpage, it must be called out explicitly. It's not about things "might be something else", it's about going through the proper procedure to ensure subjective opinion isn't taken as gospel.
