Updates to rarity names

Hi all, I've not been sure where to put this and here seemed like the best place for it, in order to make editors aware of a change to rarity names. Due to the fact that the names we currently use for TCG Pocket are an odd mixture of the corresponding English and Japanese names, I'll be amending some of them to ensure that they all use their English equivalent name from the physical TCG, in order to ensure consistency and avoid potential confusion.

Currently, all of the rarities except three use their English equivalent names, and these are the ones that are being changed:

• (currently super rare) will be changed to ultra rare to match ultra rare cards - both use the SR rarity symbol in Japanese
• (currently Shiny super rare) will be changed to Shiny ultra rare to match Shiny ultra rare cards - both use the SSR rarity symbol in Japanese
• (currently ultra rare) will be changed to hyper rare to match hyper rare cards - both use the UR rarity symbol in Japanese

Note: TCG Pocket uses the codes SR, SSR, and UR in the game files, which is how we know these are the corresponding rarities for these card types. All of these rarities were used in the Scarlet & Violet Series of the physical TCG in Japan, and their English counterparts are officially named ultra rare, Shiny ultra rare, and hyper rare, hence the change to ensure consistency in the naming convention.
