Unova Magikarp salesman's Magikarp always has perfect Speed IV?
I noticed something interesting in Black 2 when I was soft resetting for a decent Magikarp from the salesman- most of them had Alert to sounds as their characteristic. Intrigued, I started taking each Magikarp to the IV checker, and sure enough, each and every time it had a Speed IV of 31. Is this just a fantastic coincidence, or is it programmed to always have a flawless Speed IV?
