By this time in the original series, he had all but the last badge. He still has 2 here!? KPF 16:43, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

All regions since Johto take three years to travel through. Ash is still going slower but not by much. --FabuVinny T-C-S 17:34, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
Actually, he's going slower now than in Hoenn. He had four badges by AG061... TTEchidnaGSDS! 20:46, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
He has already gone to the third gym, though. --FabuVinny T-C-S 21:11, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

I added Dawn's Piplup, Buneary, and Pachirisu to the Pokemon list since they're seen in the preview. I didn't put her Ambipom however. ---RR

Continuing before conversation. Fantina is actually fought fifth, they just closed the gym in the anime to shorten the episode so Ash wouldn't have to go to Fantina and have her say that he was too weak because that would waste time. - unsigned comment from GlalieGuy (talkcontribs)

I know Fantina is fought fifth but the visit to Hearthome City is still throwing the pacing off. Not to mention all these contests. --FabuVinny T-C-S 18:55, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
There's still a long, long way to go before Dawn gets all the ribbons and Ash gets all the badges. JmathTalk 18:58, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
Well, I guess cause they're all these coordinators now that they need to focus on the contests. And who knows. Maybe Ash will go on a badge winning spree and get three badges in 20 episodes. --ケンジガール 23:58, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
It won't be that quick but we'll definately be seeing more of a winning streak next year. --FabuVinny T-C-S 00:12, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

I think the reason why Ash is slower now is because early on, they didn't know that Pokémon was going to last this long, maybe one or two seasons, but not ten! The directors tried to give Ash a gym battle every other episode. I can't wait to see when Ash, Brock, and Dawn travel through Route 216 and Route 217!--Dawnfan47

Dunsparce?!

Where was there a Dunsparce in this episode? I looked through Serebii's ep pictures and found nothing. Missingno. Master 00:04, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Try actually watching the episode. The ep pics don't cover every frame, so yeah. Tina δ 00:14, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
Where exactly can you watch the episode? Nothing on Youtube nor Google.Pokemaniac102 17:03, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
I have absolutely no idea. I've always wondered that, but.. yeah. Tina δ 17:04, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
Did you watch it yet?Pokemaniac102 17:33, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
No, I don't watch the anime. Tina δ 17:39, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
I hate you.Pokemaniac102 17:41, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
OK, saw it on Youtube. Now I gotta ask- what was that attack Dunsparce was using supposed to be? Missingno. Master 12:43, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

About something in the trivia.

"This is the first official contest that Jessie has ever won without cheating."

Um, could someone tell me the episode in which Jessie won an official contest by cheating? As you said this is the first official contest Jessie has EVER won so... --ケンジ ガール 00:19, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Dramatic Irony

Doesn't this win bcome bitrsweet after the events of DP073, considering it is Dustox's last contest?--KukiTalk 14:12, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

I don't think that's irony. It's just giving Jessie's primary contest Pokémon some recognition before it leaves. --FabuVinny |Talk Page| 20:58, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
