Judge or referee

- Officially, they're called battle judges. Referee is the informal name (why is this so shocking?). I didn't put the term out of thin air. If they were officially referred to as referees, Judgment Day! wouldn't have been calling them battle judges while, you know, they were training to become a judge. Add Clemont and Clembot to this page
Clemont and Clembot need to be added, especially considering Clembot refereed Ash's battle with Clemont. I can add, but I am not sure how to phrase it, so I will let an experienced editor add the information.--Pokemon26 (talk) 05:54, 23 April 2015 (UTC)

List of battle judges
This page gives a decent overview of what battle judges do, but I feel like it's really missing a list of all characters who have served as battle judges.
But beyond that, it may even be interesting to list every instance of a battle judge in the anime. Here's an example of the kind of table I'm imagining:
