I'm not sure why it happens, but it happens. I think it may have to do with Focus Punch have priority over items, but I'm not sure. Is there like, a page I should add this to or something? :That sounds like a glitch to me. Did the item execute? If not then it's a major one. If so, it's just a little quirk. Probably should go on the Gen IV glitches page and on the Focus Punch page.
