::The user of Roost effectively becomes ???-type for the rest of the turn. It will have no resistances or weaknesses. However, I'm not sure if it really became ???-type in the game's data, or if it just has no type at all. (A possible way to test this would be either hack the ROM to make ???-type have certain weaknesses or resistances, or hack a Sky Plate Arceus with Roost and see if it changes formes after Roost.) ::::Someone should hack a Pokémon to be pure flying type and use it. Or just hack an Arceus to learn Roost. Would the game crash or would it just have no type?! Do we know Roost makes the Pokémon 'loose' the flying type? Maybe it just loses the weaknesses and resistances of the type (after all we can't have it use a Flying move to check for STAB if it's taking it's turn using Roost) I know it's been a little while since anyone has said anything about this but I'm still curious..
