I think a full-health a rain-boosted choice specs Kyogre Water Spout is the most powerful attack in the game that doesn't need setup, and if Water Spout doesn't count, Origin Pulse is.  Should this be mentioned? There seems to be a fairly persistent myth among fans that Kyogre's Japanese name is "Kaiorga". Bulbapedia, rightly, recognizes that ''Kaiorga'' is a transliteration of the characters, and that ''Kyogre'' is the preferred Romanization in Japanese sources; and reflects this by rendering the Japanese name as such. I've removed a stray mention of "Kaiorga" from this page, in the name origin section, but a cursory search shows that there are several other instances of ''Kaiorga'' listed as the Japanese name across the wiki. Since I'm a new user I didn't want to take this on myself, but surely these should all be corrected? — [[User:Charchetype|Charchetype]] ([[User talk:Charchetype|talk]])
