Hey, I noticed [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=EV-enhancing_item&diff=1781435&oldid=1771507 back in 2012 you added] to the [[EV-enhancing item]] page that they could be used to pass down IVs in Platinum. Why did you believe this was the case?
