Route 10 makes its first appearance in ''[[XY026|A Battle by Any Other Name!]]''. {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} visits a town along the route, which features a {{DL|Pokémon-Amie|Poké Puffs}} making competition {{an|Serena}} entered. Surrounding the town is a forest made up of mostly [[Berry]] trees. Past the town is [[Calanthe Town]], as shown in ''[[XY027|To Find a Fairy Flower!]]''. There is a plain near the town where fairy flowers held by {{p|Flabébé}} is known to grown. [[Vinegar Town]] is located after Calanthe Town as shown in ''[[XY028|The Bonds of Evolution]]''. The town is famous for its chocolate cake, "gâteau au chocolat". It has a large stadium where [[Diantha]] had an exhibition match. Pass the town is another town, as shown in ''[[XY029|Heroes - Friends and Faux Alike!]]''. The town is surrounded by forest, but there is also some rocky hills. In [[XY030]], a large canyon is shown within the forest.
