::Do they raise EVs by as much as vitamins (10 EVs, but unable to go past 100)? Also, how about the "Power Lunch" at the Deli? It claims to raise a "base" stat "a lot" when a pokemon eats it, but by how much is "a lot"? I am assuming this is also referring to EVs.
